Brookfield, CT — Brookfield Craft Center (BCC) will host its annual Spring Open House on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This free event is open to the public and will take place at the Center’s campus, located at 286 Whisconier Road Brookfield, CT.

The Open House will offer a full day of engaging demonstrations across multiple studios. People of all ages are invited to explore the studios, experience a wide range of craft disciplines firsthand, and discover upcoming classes and programs. There will be live music courtesy of the local band Rivalsfrom 12:00PM to 3:00PM.

Attendees can also enjoy the opening for Elizabeth MacDonald’s exhibition, “A Touch of Color” in the Lynn Tendler Bignell Gallery and Retail Shop. The shop will be open, offering tax-free purchases of handcrafted works by more than 150 artists, including many local talents and BCC instructors.

Recognized as one of the nation’s leading schools for hands-on creative study, Brookfield Craft Center is dedicated to preserving and advancing both traditional and contemporary craft.
