Declaration Deep Dive is a collaborative speaker series from KTM&HC and the Ridgefield Library that commemorates America250 and helps audiences better understand the Declaration of Independence and its impacts.

Join us on December 4th for a virtual presentation by Matthew Skic, Director of Collections and Exhibitions at the Museum of the American Revolution.

In July 2026, the United States will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. To mark that milestone in our nation’s history, the Museum of the American Revolution is set to open the special exhibition The Declaration’s Journey on October 18, 2025, to reflect upon the 250-year global impact of the Declaration of Independence. Join Matthew Skic, project director of The Declaration’s Journey, to learn about the development of the exhibition and how the Declaration of Independence has become one of the most influential political documents in modern history.
