ACE and Friends at Nod Hill Brewery

One of the elite Dead tribute bands in the area, according to the people who book them.

ACE and Friends is a southern Connecticut band playing music performed by the Grateful Dead, and the rooms that host them tend to say the same thing. Mike Andre, owner of BRYAC in Black Rock, calls them clearly one of the elite Grateful Dead tribute bands in the area and says they always bring an energetic and receptive crowd. The New Milford Commission on the Arts says their appearances have been the commission's biggest concerts, bringing everyone downtown. Brian Teagarden of Sugar Hollow Tap Room in Danbury puts them with the best Dead tribute bands in Connecticut.

Good to know. This is a ticketed show in the Backspace. Doors open half an hour before the music starts.

Where to go. Nod Hill Brewery sits on Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield, an easy run for anyone in lower Fairfield County.
