Afternoon Writers Group

Two hours, your pages, and a room of people who will actually tell you.

The Afternoon Writers Group meets Thursdays from 2 to 4pm to read each other's work and talk about it. There is no formal instruction and nobody running a syllabus, which is the point: it is a gathering of writers swapping drafts and honest reactions. Bring whatever you are working on, finished or not.

Good to know. Free, and the library asks you to email info@lewisborolibrary.org before your first visit so the group knows to expect you.

One week off. The group does not meet on November 26, so the run through to December 17 skips Thanksgiving week.
