Arm Knitting with Dawn the Stitching Coach
Workshop & Classes

No needles. Just your arms, a pile of yarn, and something finished by the end of the evening.
Dawn the Stitching Coach runs this online session for the Danbury Library's MakerLab, part of a virtual run of beginner friendly projects that also takes in embroidery and simple paper making. This one is arm knitting: how to build a cozy hand knit piece using nothing but your own arms to hold the loops. It is aimed squarely at people who have never tried it, and you come away with a seasonal item to keep or give away.
Bring your own yarn. Participants supply their own, and the library sends a supply list to everyone who registers ahead of the session.
Good to know. Free and online via Zoom, for ages 16 and up. Space is limited and registration is required. The joining link is emailed to you once you sign up.
Please check with the organizer if the event date, time or offer has changed.** LTO
