Bubblemania! Comedy with a Drip

Fog-filled bubble sculptures, funky foam, bubble ping-pong, and a cube made of soap.

Comic bubble artist Casey Carle returns to the Palace with a one-man show that combines spontaneous comedy, jazzy music and brilliant bubbling, from the intricate to the massive. Among the featured skills are fantastic fog-filled bubble sculptures, a cube bubble, funky foam, bubble ping-pong, thousands of bubbles filling the stage, and trapping an audience member or two inside a gigantic soap bubble.

Cirque du Soleil called him "a true master of his craft." The Boston Globe went with "ephemeral masterpieces out of thin soap."

Who it suits. The Palace pitches it at ages 5 through 95, and the 2pm start makes it an easy afternoon out.

Good to know. Doors open at 1pm.

Where to go. The Palace Theatre sits on Atlantic Street in downtown Stamford, an easy run from anywhere in lower Fairfield County, with restaurants and parking within a short walk.
