Chefs on Stage

Handmade pasta on one side of the pass, Texas smoke on the other, and two kitchens that have been circling each other for a decade.

CT Bites and the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater present the second annual Chefs on Stage, a one night collaborative dinner bringing together Chef Jared Falco and the Hoodoo Brown BBQ crew. The two teams go back years through pop ups and shared kitchens, and between them they have done a fair amount of the work that put Connecticut on the culinary map.

This is the first time they have cooked one table together, which is the whole reason the evening exists. Expect it to feel less like a tasting menu and more like a celebration.

What you get. Four hours, in person, with cocktails courtesy of Hendrick's Gin and Grey Goose Vodka.

Good to know. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and there are no refunds, so be sure of the date before you book.

Where to go. The Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater is on Broad Street in Bridgeport, with its own parking on site.
