Cinnamon Roll Focaccia and Carrot Cake Scones: Adult Cooking Class

Cinnamon roll focaccia is exactly the collision it sounds like, and it works.

The Danbury Library’s Teaching Kitchen hosts this hands-on class for adults, presented by Food Explorers with a trained chef guiding the room through both the focaccia and a batch of carrot cake scones. You do the mixing; the chef catches the mistakes before they become mistakes.
