Dizgo, with The Mushroom Cloud

Dizgo started in attic jam sessions between two childhood friends, Andrew Pickel and Kevin Hinnefeld, with two guitars and a tape recorder.

The name came to Hinnefeld in a dream, before the band had played a single show, and it turned out to suit the cosmic, boundary-breaking sound they went on to make. Jake Evatt joined on keys and vocals and Justin Clark on drums, and the Bloomington quartet has been evolving ever since.

The Mushroom Cloud open.

Good to know. Doors 7pm, show 8pm. $20 in advance, $25 on the day. 21 and over.
