Excel – Using Formulas and Functions

This is the class where Excel stops being a grid you type into and starts doing the work for you. It covers working with numeric data, using formulas for common calculations, and Excel's built-in functions — the versatile ones that save you writing arithmetic by hand.

Second of five Excel classes on Thursday evenings. The Fundamentals ran on 22 October; More Excel!, Even More Excel! and Advanced Excel follow on 5, 12 and 19 November. Each registers separately. Funded by the Paul and Johanna Laszig Fund.
