Infinite Worlds Book Group

Earth has been colonised by aliens. Some humans collaborate; others resist. September's title is Exo by Fonda Lee, following Donovan Reyes, son of a high-ranking collaborator, who is abducted by a human revolutionary group and forced to work out where his loyalties actually sit, all while carrying a piece of advanced alien technology called an exocel fused to his body.

Infinite Worlds is the Library's science fiction and fantasy group, and it alternates between the two genres month to month, so nobody gets stuck reading only one thing. No prior knowledge of either genre is expected, which makes it a reasonable place to start if you have been meaning to try them.

How it works. The group meets on the third Thursday of the month, 6:00 to 7:00 pm in the Randolph Board Room. Registration is required.
