Introducing Studio 170

Most people walk past it without knowing it is there: a professional recording studio, inside the public library, free to use.

Studio 170 is two purpose-built rooms at the Danbury Library kitted out for audio and video production, with microphones, cameras, editing software, the lot. This hour is the introduction: what the gear does, what the rooms can handle, and how to get yourself booked in. Musicians tracking a song, podcasters starting a show, filmmakers with a project half written, this is where you find out what is possible before you commit to anything.

Good to know. Free, ages 13 and up, and registration is required through the library.
