Live Virtual Program: The Roosevelts: In Service to the Community

Wealth and connections could have bought the Roosevelts a quiet life. They spent them instead.

This online session for the Danbury Library asks what giving back to a community actually meant to Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, and how two people with every reason to stay comfortable chose to put their time, their influence and their money into other people's lives.

Good to know. Free, held on Zoom, and registration is required. The joining link is emailed to you once you register.

Hosted by the Danbury Public Library, which notes that participation in its virtual programs is at your own discretion.
