Mah Jongg Free Play

Monday afternoons, a table, and nobody keeping score of anything but the game.

Mah Jongg Free Play is the library's relaxed social session in the Schaffner Room, running three hours so you can arrive late or leave early without breaking up a table. It is informal play and conversation rather than organized competition, and players at every level of experience are welcome.

One thing to know. This is not an instructional program. You should already know the basics before you come, and if you do not, the library's Tuesday Mah Jongg session runs beginner instruction every week.

Good to know. Free, and it runs right through the year rather than in terms.

Parking. The library is candid that it has outgrown its parking at busy times, so leave a few extra minutes at the start.
