Manale Nehme: With Love From Lebanon
Concert

A voice out of the mountains of Lebanon, landing on Main Street in Danbury.
Manale Nehme comes from Tannourine in Mount Lebanon, born into a family of musicians, songwriters, composers and vocalists. This afternoon is her first Danbury appearance and the opening date of her United States tour. She has already played Australia and Canada, and from the Palace she carries on to cities across the Northeast and the West Coast.
The program moves between her own songs, popular and traditional favorites, and beloved music by Fairuz and Majida El Roumi. She is joined by the dancer Kelvia and by the MDA Group, the Middle Eastern Dance Academy, so the afternoon is built around the connection between music, dance and tradition rather than a singer alone on a stage.
The timing is deliberate. The concert falls on Lebanon's Independence Day, and it is offered as a tribute to the country, its people, and Lebanese communities here and abroad.
What it costs. Regular seats are $45 plus $4.30 in fees and VIP seats are $75 plus $5.18 in fees, with reserved seating. The early bird code LEBANON takes $5 off.
Good to know. Presented by Eastern Star Services, LLC. It is a matinee, so you are out in good time for dinner.
Where to go. The Palace Danbury sits on Main Street in downtown Danbury, with restaurants either side of it and an easy run in from anywhere in lower Fairfield County.
