Mickey Guyton & Friends Holiday Tour

Mickey Guyton made history and then kept going. With her debut studio album Remember Her Name she became the first Black female artist to earn a Grammy nomination in the country sector, and she did it three times over in a single year, for Best Country Album, Best Country Song, and Best Country Solo Performance. She was also the first Black female country artist ever to perform at the Grammys. TIME named her Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 2022; CMT named her Breakout Artist of the Year in 2021. She is a four-time Grammy nominee and, by any reasonable definition, a trailblazer.

The last two years have been relentless. She spent the summer of 2025 in China starring on The Singer, the country's most competitive music show, where she became the first American artist to place as runner-up, then toured China in early 2026 on the strength of the fanbase she built there. She released her first full-length holiday album, Feels Like Christmas, which the Associated Press called one of the year's best new holiday releases, performed at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and filmed a cameo in the upcoming Hallmark movie A Grand Ole Opry Christmas. In April she was on the cover of Variety and received the magazine's Power of Women award; in February she played in the NBA's Celebrity All-Star Game, having rung in the New Year live in Times Square for CNN.

Her voice tends to show up when the stakes are highest. She opened the 2024 Democratic National Convention with her song "All American," and the NFL, MLB, NBA, and USTA have all called on her for the National Anthem at the Super Bowl, the World Series, the NBA Cup, and the US Open women's singles championship. She has performed on the ESPYs, Good Morning America, and The Today Show, and co-hosted the 56th Academy of Country Music Awards on CBS.
