Open Mic in Shield's Hall

A hall full of strangers, a microphone, and nobody keeping score.

Shield's Hall at The Meetinghouse runs its open mic again in December, and the venue's standing invitation holds: all experience levels are welcome. Sign-up opens at 5:00pm and performances begin at 5:30pm, which means the earlier you walk in, the better your chances of a spot on the list. Come with a couple of songs ready, or come with nothing at all and simply listen.

Make a night of it. It is an easy December evening out that asks nothing of you, finishes by seven, and leaves the rest of the night open.

Where to go. Shield's Hall at The Meetinghouse, 602 Ridgebury Road, Ridgefield.
