Orchestra Lumos Presents Beyond Beethoven: Symphonie Fantastique

An all-orchestral program built around one idea: who Beethoven made possible.

Michael Stern conducts Orchestra Lumos through works by Emilie Mayer, Louise Farrenc and Gabriela Ortiz, three composers writing in the wake of Beethoven, before closing with another revolutionary and his defining work, Hector Berlioz's Symphonie fantastique.

Two performances. Saturday 14 November at 7:30pm, and Sunday 15 November at 3pm.

Good to know. Tickets start at $27. Doors open an hour before each showtime.
