Painting Landscapes and Still Life in Watercolor with Madyn Gwynne

Watercolor is the medium that will not be pushed around, which is exactly why it is worth learning properly.

Madyn Gwynne teaches painting fundamentals at the Ridgefield Guild of Artists on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12pm, working across landscapes and everyday objects in still life. The class is built around capturing light and building drama with a fluid medium, and it is open to all levels.

The dates. October 28, November 4, November 18, December 2, December 9 and December 16, six sessions in all. There is no class on November 11 or on November 25.

Cost. $192 for Guild members, $252 for non-members, covering the full session.

Already under way. This fall session started in late October, so ask the Guild about joining partway through.
