Piano Recital Featuring Sharon Chang

A concert pianist of this standing playing a free library recital is not a common Saturday.

Sharon Chang performed widely in her native China, where she was described as a rising star and as musically and technically refined, and she now performs internationally. The library is billing this as a musical journey and as an event not to be missed, which is the sort of claim that is usually overstated and in this case has a career behind it.

Good to know. Free, an hour on Saturday afternoon in the Schaffner Room, and open to teenagers as well as adults.

Arrive early. A free recital by a performer at this level in a room this size will fill.
