Poetry Discussion: Journey of the Magi by T. S. Eliot

One poem, a winter afternoon, and ninety minutes to argue about it.

The library's poetry discussion series turns to Journey of the Magi by T. S. Eliot, a poem about a hard journey made in the worst season for making one. David Sanders leads it. He is a Professor Emeritus of English and a South Salem resident, and the session is built around discussion rather than lecture, so everyone in the room is expected to have an opinion by the end of it.

No homework. The library provides copies of the poem, so you can turn up having never read a line of it.

Good to know. Free, but space is limited and registration is required.
