SOLD OUT: Ridgefield Playhouse 2026 Fall Gala: An Evening with John Legend

John Legend has an EGOT. He is playing Ridgefield. That sentence is the whole pitch, and the reason it is possible is that this is the Playhouse's biggest fundraiser of the year. Ticket sales alone do not sustain the theater; nights like this are what keep world-class performances, arts education, and community programming coming to town.

The evening is built in three parts. At 5:00pm, guests are invited to an exclusive pre-show gala in Yanity Gym, transformed into an elegant after-hours jazz lounge, with dinner by the bite catered by local chef Sarah Bouissou of A Table, signature cocktails, wines by Gallo, themed entertainment, and a curated silent auction of one-of-a-kind packages and experiences. At 7:00pm everyone moves into the theater for a live auction and paddle raise. At 8:00pm John Legend performs an intimate concert created exclusively for the Playhouse.

Know what your seat includes. All Orchestra tickets include the gala. Mezzanine and Balcony tickets are concert only and do not include the pre-show party. Gold Circle seats in the Orchestra, priced at $2,500 and up, include gala access plus Gala Supporter recognition.
