Setback at 1741 Pub & Grill

Setback runs at 1741 Pub & Grill on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Registration opens at 5 and the first game goes at 6. Seating is limited and first come, first served, so turning up early is the whole strategy. There are 50/50 raffles and cash prizes alongside the games.

Where the money goes. The buy-in is $20, and half of every buy-in benefits TriCircle, an organization providing resources for individuals, families and communities affected by addiction.

Make a night of it. The pub's full food and drink menu is running, which is rather the point of playing cards in a pub rather than at somebody's kitchen table.
