"Groovin'", "Good Lovin'", "People Got To Be Free" - three number ones and a soundtrack for a generation.
The Rascals are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Grammy Hall of Fame, the Vocal Group Hall of Fame and the Songwriter Hall of Fame, and they are still widely held to be the best blue-eyed soul group the 1960s produced. Seventeen Top 20 hits, seven of them Top 10.
The Groovin' Forever Tour runs through that catalogue, soulful rhythms and all, and the Playhouse has put it the night before Valentine's Day on purpose.
When. Saturday 13 February 2027, 8pm.
Tickets. Ticketed through the Playhouse; the box office is on 203-438-5795 and prices are not published on the event page.
Where to go. The Playhouse is at 80 East Ridge Road in Ridgefield, behind the town hall.
