The Ridgefield Cup

Ridgefield's police officers and firefighters are teaming up to take on the fire and police departments of Wilton, and the whole town is invited to come and watch. The Golf Performance Center hosts the second Ridgefield Cup, a Ryder Cup style competition fought over three rounds, two teams and one trophy. Last year Ridgefield's own fire and police battled each other for the first ever cup. This year they are on the same side. Festivities begin at 9am and the day is built for families. There is a community cookout, games, ice cream, kids activities out on the putting greens, and beers supplied by Nod Hill Brewery. Come out, bring everyone, and cheer your town on to the cup. The Golf Performance Center is at 824 Ethan Allen Highway. Call 203 790 4653 for details.
