Untz is Dead, with Dr. President

The Dead, rebuilt around drum machines and a dance floor.

Untz is Dead is a jamtronica band that reworks the Grateful Dead's music through improvisation and electronic grooves, led by former Disco Biscuits drummer Allen Aucoin. Opening is Dr. President, a Connecticut live electronic artist who plays entirely improvised solo sets across house, disco, techno and electro, using a semi-analog rig of drum machines, analog synths, Ableton, guitar and bass rather than a DJ setup.

Good to know. Doors at 7:00pm, music at 8:00pm, 21 and over. $15 in advance, $20 on the day, plus online fees.
