Women and Money: How to Make Sense of Today's Financial Markets
Workshop & Classes

Back by popular demand, and running through the year.
Women and Money is a Zoom financial literacy series for women of all ages, and this session takes on how to make sense of today's financial markets. It is a roundtable rather than a lecture, led by Julia Strayer and Liz Maccarone.
Julia Strayer is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor who joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2000, after seven years as a vice president and private banker at BankBoston's Private Bank handling asset management and trust services, and nine years in marketing at Merrill before that. She holds a BA from Ohio State and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, and has appeared on CNBC's Power Lunch, CBS This Morning and WGCH's Women in Business.
Liz Maccarone is a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor who joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2012. She works with high-net-worth individuals and their families on investment management, retirement planning, liability management and multigenerational planning.
Good to know. Free, and it runs on Zoom rather than at the library. Darien Library acts as host library for the series, and Pound Ridge Library is one of the libraries offering it to its own members.
