Women on the Edge Book Group: Careless People

The book group that reads edgy women writers is also throwing a Friendsgiving.

Women on the Edge reads across all genres, written by women, with an emphasis on diverse, edgy and emerging authors. This month it is Careless People by Sarah Wynn-Williams. The November meeting doubles as the group's Friendsgiving, so anyone who wants to bring a small treat to share is welcome to.

Good to know. Copies can be picked up from the holds shelf, and it is worth allowing time for them to arrive since the library borrows copies from other libraries. Registration is required and closes when the group begins. New Canaan Library does not publish a price for this program, so confirm on the library's event page before you plan around it.

Where to go. New Canaan Library, 151 Main Street.
