Writer's Workshop

Get a prompt at the meeting, go away and write, then bring it back and read it to the room.

The Writer's Workshop is for people who want to write more consistently and are willing to be held to it. Each session hands out a writing prompt, and members bring finished work from the last one to share. The group gives each other feedback, and the structure is built as much to establish the habit as to sharpen the prose.

Good to know. Free, the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in the conference room.
