Our story
Food for the Soul was born from a lifelong love of cooking and a deep respect for real, nourishing food. After decades in the kitchen learning from family, refining techniques in culinary school, and taking specialized courses I decided to bring my passion home and share it with others.
Today, Food for the Soul is a micro bakery based in Ridgefield, CT. From fresh sourdough loaves and buttery croissants to hands-on cooking classes and kids’ camps, everything I do is rooted in care, community, and the belief that food should feed both the body and the heart.
