Finding opportunities in unexpected places, I discovered the importance of resilience and adaptability. Leveraging my experiences to make a positive impact, I found a new, rewarding path forward. 

 

Relocation after relocation, picking up our lives and starting over again was a constant challenge. Every time I had to find a new job and with a growing family, I wanted flexibility. It was a difficult road to become a mother, and now that I had three amazing daughters, being involved in their lives was the most important thing to me. I was ready for a new chapter; I wanted to establish roots and try my hand at a different profession.

My entire career up to this point revolved around healthcare and education, specifically, the needs of children. After completing my master’s degree in health sciences, I worked at United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County, where I started as an occupational therapist and was quickly promoted to Home Service Director. This position allowed me to make a more significant impact by managing and directing services that supported not just the children but their families as well.

 

The depth of my experience grew as I continued to embrace opportunities that involved working with children across different settings. With every move our family made due to corporate relocations for my husband at the time, I found a job that aligned with my background. From working in education roles to overseeing occupational therapy departments, each opportunity gave me a new avenue to do what I love. The heart of my passion is to serve people and make a difference through kindness, care and compassion.


This experience represents how I approach my real estate practice. I bring this same vision and practical know-how to my clients, helping them see beyond surface imperfections to the potential of a space.
