Blacksmith 101

This is the class that decides whether blacksmithing becomes a hobby or a habit.

Over two days students build a genuine foundation: proper hammer grip and control, and the core techniques of hand-forging tapers, bending and twisting. Come prepared to work and to enjoy it. After this you have the base to go either broader into general smithing or narrower into something like bladesmithing.
