Flashlight Corn Maze At Castle Hill Farm

The corn does not look the same after dark.

Once the sun is down, the seven acre maze at Castle Hill Farm turns into a different problem entirely. You head in with a flashlight, work through the twists, find all thirty checkpoints, answer the question waiting at each one, and piece together the secret maze phrase before you find your way back out. A live band plays, the bonfires are lit, and the food truck courtyard runs alongside. On The Rocks Band is on the bill this year, with Twins BBQ, the 900 Degrees Pizza Truck and Tapville CT Mobile Bar serving.

What your ticket covers. Admission is $20.00 at the gate, or $23.79 online, which is $20.00 plus a $3.79 fee. Adults and children pay the same and there are no group discounts. Entry includes the maze, the live music, and access to the courtyard, where food and drink are bought separately.

Good to know. The gate takes cash or checks only, though the food trucks and the mobile bar take cards. Bring a flashlight or buy one there, and wear closed toe shoes. Twins BBQ has a vegan veggie burger and 900 Degrees does gluten free and vegan pizza.

Getting there. The farm asks people to carpool where they can. Tickets bought online come with a voucher if the weather closes a night.
