Forge Open Studio

There are not many places in Fairfield County where you can simply go and hit hot steel for three hours.

The Good Forge opens to Brookfield students and members for independent work — your own project, the center's fire and anvils. It is not a lesson. It is the shop time that makes the lessons stick.

Good to know. Limited to people who have taken a class at Brookfield in the last 18 months, or to members working at an independent level. Safety glasses required. $28.50 a session, and prices and openings change — check the registration page before you plan around it.
