Friends of the C.H. Booth Library Holiday Sale

The Friends have been running this sale for twenty one years, and the puzzles still turn up in their original wrapping.

The 21st Annual Holiday Sale fills the Meeting Room with gift quality books for every age, set out alongside new and like new gift items, stocking stuffers, jewelry and toys. The puzzles, DVDs and CDs are brand new rather than secondhand, which is why regulars treat this as genuine gift shopping rather than a rummage through old stock. Every dollar taken goes back to the C.H. Booth Library.

Two days, two sets of hours. Saturday, December 5 runs 9:30am to 5pm. Sunday, December 6 is a shorter day, noon to 5pm.

Paying. Cash, checks and contactless check out are all accepted.

Good to know. The library does not publish an admission price for the sale, and everything on the tables is priced individually. Full details are at boothbooksale.org.

Where to go. The Meeting Room at the library, 25 Main Street, Newtown.
