Handcrafted White Oak Plant Stand

White oak and Arts and Crafts proportions are a combination that has not needed updating in a hundred years.

This approachable weekend workshop is built for adults who want to slow down and make something solid for the house. Students learn foundational hand-tool technique and work in solid white oak, ending with a plant stand that will still be in the corner of a room long after the class is forgotten.

Good to know. $235 for the weekend, in the Woodworking Studio at 290 Whisconier Road. Prices and openings change, so check the registration page before you plan around it.
