Harvest Table Workshop: Autumn Flavors in the Kitchen

Four Tuesdays, a lot of fall flavor, and kids who come home knowing their way around a kitchen.

Chef Robyn Herman leads this hands-on series at Edmond Town Hall celebrating the best tastes of autumn. Young chefs practice kitchen safety, chopping and slicing, and flavor pairing while making savory meatball lollipops with apple-cider glaze, individual pear-oat crisps, layered pumpkin parfaits and more. Everyone leaves with new skills, a generous taste of what they made and a full recipe packet to recreate it all at home.

Class dates. Tuesdays, October 13, 20 and 27 and November 10. Register once for the series.

Two age groups. Ages 12 and up from 3 to 4:30pm, ages 7 to 11 from 5 to 6:30pm. Each class is capped at 12 students.
