Holly and Hearth: International Spices

Holiday baking from more than one tradition, and a proper look at why the spices are the ones they are.

The class works through beloved breads and desserts from different cultures, from spiced loaves to sweet yeasted treats, examines the warming spices that run through all of them, and finishes on how to package the results well enough to post. It is pitched at home bakers of any level, run in partnership with Wild Rise.
