Jethro Tull's Martin Barre: Plugged In and Ready Tour

The riffs and solos that gave Jethro Tull its sound were Martin Barre's, and he is still playing them.

The Plugged In and Ready tour works through classic Tull alongside highlights of Barre's own solo career, drawing on Aqualung, Thick As A Brick, Stand Up, Songs From the Wood, A Passion Play and Heavy Horses among others. The set is paired with a visual presentation tracing his career, which makes it as much a retrospective as a gig. He is joined by Dan Crisp on lead vocals, Alan Thomson on bass and Terl Bryant on drums.
