The salami rose is the single highest ratio of visual effect to actual difficulty in all of holiday entertaining.
Michelle Wheeler runs a hands-on session at Wilton Library on building a holiday charcuterie board that looks like it took real work. You learn to fold salami roses and prosciutto ribbons, cut and style the cheeses, turn a kiwi into a flower, and arrange everything else so the board reads as deliberate rather than scattered. Complete beginners are as welcome as people who just want to raise their game. Wheeler started Curated Creations in 2023, growing it out of her wine tasting and food pairing business.
Good to know. Free, and all materials and ingredients are included. Limited to 20 places, registration required, walk-ins welcome as space allows. Anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian with them. Come hungry.
