Memoir Writing: A Six-Week Series
Workshop & Classes

Everyone has a story worth telling. This is six weeks of actually writing it down.
Writer and storyteller Beth Young leads a six-week memoir series at the C.H. Booth Library, built around reflecting, remembering and getting the chapters of your own life onto the page. Registering commits you to the full run rather than dropping in, which is the point: memoir is not something you get anywhere with in a single afternoon.
The six Thursdays. November 5, 12 and 19, then December 3, 10 and 17, each 1pm to 2:30pm. There is no class on Thanksgiving week, 26 November.
Good to know. Free, spaces are limited, and one registration covers all six classes. Registering is a commitment to the whole series.
Where to go. The Meeting Room at the library, 25 Main Street, Newtown.
