Morrigan's Crossing

A cover band with a better than usual list.

Morrigan's Crossing grew out of the Connecticut duo Terry Swoons and is built around the vocals of Lindsay Rhae Harris. The material is not the standard bar set. Kate Bush, Heart, Sia and Melissa Etheridge all turn up in it, which is a harder sing than most bands attempt on a Saturday night.

Expect rock and pop favorites, vocal harmony, and a few things you will not see coming.

It's free. No cover charge, so the night costs you a drink and whatever comes out of the kitchen.

Where to go. Whitlock's sits on Greenwood Avenue in the middle of Bethel, a veteran owned Irish pub and neighborhood bar with made to order food, one of the better Irish whiskey lists around, and a standing welcome for dogs.
