Morrigan's Crossing

Named for the Irish goddess who shows up as a crow before a battle. The set is friendlier than that suggests.

Morrigan's Crossing are a Connecticut band playing rock and pop covers, back at Whitlock's on Saturday from six until nine. The pub's own promise for the night is that the volume goes up.

Where to go. Whitlock's sits on Greenwood Avenue in the middle of Bethel, a veteran owned Irish pub and neighborhood bar with made to order food, one of the better Irish whiskey lists around, and a standing welcome for dogs.
