Movies at the Library

The lights go down in the Parloa Room and for a couple of hours the library turns into a small movie house.

The Bethel Public Library runs a film series for adults, and the only catch is the fine print: the licensing agreement that lets the library screen movies does not allow the titles to be advertised. So the lineup stays off the calendar and lives with the staff instead. One phone call and you will know exactly what is on.

Good to know. Call 203-794-8756 to hear what is playing before you come, and register through the library.

Make a night of it. The library sits right on Greenwood Avenue, so dinner in downtown Bethel before the show is an easy walk.
