Thanksgiving Eve with Scratch

Thanksgiving Eve is the busiest bar night on the American calendar — everyone home for the holiday, nobody working the next morning.

Notch8 Bar & Grill hand the night to Scratch, the party band that appears on this calendar more than any other act. Expect a full room.

Make a night of it. The kitchen runs wood-fired pizza, burgers, wings and smoked barbecue, with 24 beers on draft plus craft cocktails, wine, seltzers and ciders. Getting there early is not the worst idea.

Good to know. Music 8 to 11 p.m. at 1 Front Street in Bethel, back to the earlier start time. No cover charge is published.
