Come for the documentary, stay for the curds.

The Big Cheese follows a scrappy team of eccentric American cheesemongers taking on the world's top cheese masters at the Mondial du Fromage, through cultural clashes, personal struggles and a good deal of melting cheese, in pursuit of respect and a historic win.

Fairfield Cheese Company is hosting this one-night screening, and they have brought the film's star with them. Adam Moskowitz, better known as Mr. Moo, will be in the building.

What your ticket covers. The film, then a cheese tasting curated by the Fairfield Cheese Company mongers, then a Q&A with Mr. Moo and the mongers themselves. Tickets are $54.

Where to go. SHU Community Theatre sits on the Post Road in downtown Fairfield, within a short walk of the town center restaurants and an easy run in from anywhere in lower Fairfield County.
