The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds (Staged Reading)

A Pulitzer Prize winning play, read aloud, for nothing.

Paul Zindel's drama looks hard at what happens to children growing up poor and without anyone able to love them well. It finds them hardy and determined, trying to repair what cannot be repaired, and it does not let the audience off the hook about the burdens children of dysfunctional homes end up carrying just to break free and grow.

Alexa Wild directs the staged reading, produced by Lou Okell and Matt Austin.

Good to know. Tickets are free and reservations are suggested.
