Therapy Dogs Visit

Come and sit with the dogs. That is the whole programme, and it works.

The Exceptional Sidekick therapy dogs come to the second floor of the C.H. Booth Library once a month, and you are welcome to visit, pet them, or read to them, which is more calming than it sounds and is the reason therapy dogs end up in libraries in the first place. It runs an hour and asks nothing of you.

Good to know. Free. Registration is appreciated but drop-ins are welcome. It meets on the third Tuesday of the month.

Where to go. The Periodicals Room on the second floor, 25 Main Street.
