Chef Pyet DeSpain joins the library's online author series to present her debut cookbook, Rooted in Fire: A Celebration of Native American and Mexican Cooking. She rose to prominence as the inaugural winner of Gordon Ramsay's Fox competition, and the book brings together the two culinary traditions she was raised in.
